• Positions available on 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Full Time
• $20.00 - $22.00

Summary:

• Responsible for Production
• Ensure safe working environment, raise safety issues and help implement safety improvements
• Schedule personnel by line and position
• Training of line personnel and document training in system and on paper
• Production documentation
• Print out daily paperwork
• Review daily paperwork for accuracy
• Train personnel on proper paperwork and reduce errors
• Provide support on the production line
• Understand production targets
• Identify reasons for missing targets and recommend actions
• Work with engineering to improve line function
• Ensure materials are staged when needed
• Inventory of general supplies and operating materials
• Manage operational tasks and ensure employees are properly trained
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly operated
• Support maintenance of all equipment and ensure daily and weekly cleaning is done properly
• Support minor maintenance for equipment such as coders, tapers, etc.
• Assist in changeovers
• Support SOP development and improvement in areas of responsibility
