We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our team at J Centra Burlington. J Centra Burlington is a 500-unit Class A multifamily development located in the Philadelphia suburb of Burlington, New Jersey. The community spans 20 buildings across 40 acres with a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes, some with den or loft options.
In the Maintenance Technician role, the primary objective is to provide superior care and customer service to our most valued residents by providing quality, timely and right the first-time responses to residents’ service needs.
