We are seeking to hire an experienced construction professional to join our  Estimating team.
NOTE: This is a full time position (M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). 
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sectors environments.
• Perform on-site and virtual take-offs
• Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners
• Create estimates and proposals
• Review and manage plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Create Project handoff documents
• Participate in Project Handoff and Project Budget process.

Education And Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• 2+ Years of Experience in Construction as an Estimator or Project Manager is required.

• Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Edge, Stack, etc..)

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel  
  
   
  This Estimator role is primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However, we prefer candidates based in Georgia for the rare occasions when in-person collaboration or office visits are needed. Local availability helps strengthen team connection and ensures smooth coordination when on-site presence is required.
