We have an exciting CTO, Chief Technology Officer opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help grow an international crypto company entering the U.S. market. Looking for a technology leader to build and manage a team of U.S.-based Front-End and Back-End Engineers. Fluency in the Mandarin language is a must. This position requires experience with Blockchain, Crypto Web 3.0 or NFT related industries. This position is Hybrid for the first month then 100% Onsite.
CTO, Chief Technology Officer Responsibilities:
– Hire, train and manage a team of Front-End and Back-End Engineers.
– Coordinate with technology team overseas.
– Lead Software Engineers across the full software development lifecycle.
– Lead development of company’s product platform.
– Ensure enterprise-quality, horizontally scalable code using best practices.
– Maintain a team-oriented environment.
CTO, Chief Technology Officer Qualifications:
– Knowledge of many of the following technologies: PHP Laravel Framework, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, Git, Ajax, Angular, Vue, React, Svelte, and JSON.
– Fluency in the Mandarin language is a must.
– Experience with Blockchain, Crypto Web 3.0 or NFT related industries is a must.
– Experience with Agile development under the SCRUM methodology.
– Experience hiring, training and managing front-end and back-end software engineers.
– Strong desire to help grow a company’s business.
– Excellent communication skills
