We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Floor Installer to join our growing flooring team. This position works with a variety of flooring materials, including LVT, LVP, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, and stretch (broadloom) carpet . Our projects span the Midwest , with a focus on the greater Indianapolis area .
Pay: $22-$26 (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Based on project needs (some travel and overnight work may be required)
Non-local work includes paid travel expenses .
Install a wide range of commercial flooring materials (LVT, LVP, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, broadloom, and more)
Prepare and level sub floors to ensure quality installation
Follow layout plans and specifications for each project
Work safely and efficiently in commercial environments
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results on schedule
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
2+ years of commercial flooring installation experience required
Experience with multiple flooring types (resilient, carpet, vinyl, etc.)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight for out-of-town work
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
